The draft proposes to provide that drugs, medical devices, special cosmetics, toxic and hazardous substances, flammable and explosive substances,live animals, non-messenger, food and other commodities in the use of conditions, storage and transportation, inspection and quarantine, supervision and management and other aspects of the stringent requirements, shall not be sold in the form of blind boxes.
