2023 has finished, in the previous period, the pet industry home had given you an inventory of 2024 domestic pet exhibition, details can be stamped “13 more than last year, inventory of 2024 domestic pet exhibition”.

After the inventory of domestic exhibitions, I will turn my attention to the foreign pet market, to organize the pet exhibition of foreign markets in 2024.

2024 PET SHOW

At the China Pet Industry Annual Conference – Pet Brands Going Overseas held in December last year, 12 guests shared their insights and analysis of the trend of pet brands going overseas.

Cheng Yang, president of the Pet Work Committee, has said that China’s pet industry is the core supply chain base of the whole industry chain of the world’s pet industry, and from 2016 to 2019, China’s pet brand overseas has entered a period of high-speed development, and from 2020 to the present it has entered a period of transformation and upgrading, and China’s brand overseas has become an important booster for the globalization and internationalization of pet brands.

The first step for most pet brands to go overseas is to participate in overseas pet exhibitions. According to incomplete statistics, there are 39 foreign pet exhibitions scheduled for 2024.

By region, there are 19 pet shows in Asia in 2024, mainly in Japan, South Korea, Thailand, and other countries;

12 pet shows in Europe, mainly in the UK and Germany;

4 Pet Shows in North America, both in the US, Canada and Mexico;

One show in South America, in Brazil, and three shows in Australia, all in Australia.

By time, April and October had the highest number of overseas pet shows, with seven each; September had six; and March had five.

Among the overseas pet exhibitions listed by me, the pet exhibitions held in Orlando & Las Vegas, Nuremberg, Germany, Tokyo, Japan and Sao Paulo, Brazil are favored by domestic practitioners, and the Dubai Pet Expo is also attracting attention gradually.
